At fine foams, we are 100% committed to making you happy. All our products have a 30-day trial which starts upon receiving your order.

If you do not fall in love with the order, you may return them for a full refund. Just email us at hello@finefoams.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will organize your full refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it with tags and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
